South Dakota National Guard waste-recycle program to help Afghans, environment

Once dry, the fuel donuts will burn for about an hour and provide an alternative heat source for Afghan families.

The VOSPs are underwritten by the Iowa National Guard's 734th Agribusiness Development Team and implemented by the Kunar provincial veterinarian.
