Senior Contracting Official (SCO)

Mission: Executes, oversees and manages all delegable contracting, grant/assistance Authority for the Chief, National Guard Bureau, including the oversight and administration of all NGB contracts, grants, cooperative agreements and inter-service agreements for the Army and Air National Guard in 50 states, District of Columbia, and 3 U.S. territories.

The below link is the public posting of the DoD Component (NGB) terms and conditions (GT&Cs) for cooperative agreements. The GT&Cs apply to and are a part of all NGB cooperative agreement awards effective 1 October 2023. If the GT&Cs are updated, you will be notified by your grants officer.
