Rosheim wass among a group of MNBG-E Soldiers, who visited the youth center twice a week to prepare a group of students to take an English language test. Rosheim was deployed as a part of MNBG-E in support of the NATO peacekeeping mission in Kosovo.

The Kentucky Agriculture Development Team met with director of agriculture, irrigation and livestock, Abdul Farzam, on March 5 at the Korean Provincial Reconstruction Team's Camp to discuss how to develop the Parwan province's farming and agriculture over the next 12 months.
