Georgia Guard unit makes history with unique mission

Glenn Cook, Foxtrot Company, 1st Battalion, 5th Artillery Regiment. Cook’s company was responsible for supporting Bravo Battery during field testing of the new M109a7 Paladin.

Jordan, U.S. complete training cycle

NY Guard Soldier going to Brazilian Jungle Warfare School

NY Guard to compete in South Africa military skills contest

Ten New York National Guard Soldiers and Airmen will participate in the 2019 competition Oct. 21-26.

Idaho National Guard conducts SPP exchange in Cambodia

Idaho National Guard Soldiers and Airmen participated in a subject-matter expert exchange with members of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces at the United Nations Peacekeeping Operations center Sept. 16–20. The mission under the National Guard’s State Partnership Program included a team of four Idaho Army National Guard Soldiers and two 124th Fighter Wing Airmen.

179th AW increases interoperability at Silver Arrow 2019
