Air Force Staff Sgt. John Norris, a tactical air control party member assigned to the 193rd Special Operations Wing, Pennsylvania National Guard, is named Air National Guard Noncommissioned Officer of the Year for 2011. The award was presented at the Outstanding Soldiers and Airmen of the Year banquet in Arlington, Va., Aug. 12, 2011. Presenting the award are (left to right) Air Force Gen. Craig McKinley, chief of the National Guard Bureau; Air Force Lt.Gen. Harry Wyatt , director of the Air National Guard; Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Denise Jelinski-Hall, senior enlisted advisor to the chief of the National Guard Bureau, and Air National Guard Command Chief Master Sgt. Christopher Muncy.
