Air National Guard members provide medical care to Alabama residents

Alabama Care 2012 is an Air National Guard led, multi-service mission comprised of service members from the Army, Navy and Air Force and provides service members with deployment readiness training while offering Alabama residents with free health services such as dental, optometry and medical screenings.
