South Carolina State Partnership Program military spouses share commonality of personal strength

A single-engine plane crashed in a field at approximately 4:30 p.m. in Morganton, on Feb. 6, 2017.  Within minutes of the crash, North Carolina Army National Guard Sgt. Charles Roper was pulling the pilot from the burning cockpit.
