Marksmanship unit holds annual sniper match

The Pennsylvania National Guard’s Marksmanship Training Unit (MTU) held its annual Pennsylvania State Sniper Match at Fort Indiantown Gap Dec. 5-8. The winners were Sgt. Jerick Chavez and Spc. Mark Schneider, with the Maryland National Guard’s 1st Battalion, 175th Infantry Regiment, a component of the 28th Infantry Division.
188th Wing completes 1st flight commander leadership course

A newly commissioned officer as part of the Air Force’s Officer Training School class 19-07 participates in the graduation ceremony Sept. 27, 2019, in Montgomery, Alabama. Enlisted Guard Soldiers graduate Army Ranger School

U.S. Army Sgt. Danielle Farber, Pennsylvania National Guard 166th Regional Training Institute Medical Battalion Training Site instructor, and U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Jessica Smiley, South Carolina National Guard military police non-commissioned officer serving with the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, on Dec. 13, 2019, became the first enlisted National Guard women to graduate U.S. Army Ranger School at Fort Benning, Georgia.

Ohio cybersecurity site opens at University of Akron
