CBD is becoming omnipresent, found in health, beauty, food and pet products. While it doesn't cause the "high" of marijuana, it can trigger a positive drug test and result in disciplinary action for service members.

173rd Fighter Wing dedicates F-15 flagship in honor of WWII hero

The vertical tail of the new 173rd Fighter Wing flagship bears an image of Lt. David R. Kingsley, who posthumously received the Medal of Honor for heroism during World War II. Kingsley Field in Klamath Falls, Ore., was named after the Oregon native in 1957, and the paint scheme on this aircraft pays homage to his memory.
