Army National Guard Sgt. 1st Class Daniel Leon, the readiness noncommissioned officer for B Company, 36th Division Special Troops Battalion, has become a familiar and friendly face at B & B Service, a place he visits frequently when he puts on his additional hat as the contracting officer representative.
