Senior Colombian army engineer visits South Carolina Army Guard Best Engineer Competition

Guillermo Arturo Suarez Ferreira, the senior Colombian army engineer, observes engineers with the South Carolina Army National Guard during the Best Engineer Competition  at the McCrady Training Center, Eastover, S.C., Aug. 22. Suarez was invited to observe the training exercise as part of the State Partnership Program relationship between Colombia and the South Carolina National Guard. During his visit, he observed the training and was also the keynote speaker at the annual engineer banquet.
