State partnership links D.C National Guard and Burkina Faso

Burkina Faso became the 76th nation to join the National Guard Bureau's State Partnership Program. Moses Miningou, the chief of general staff for the National Armed Forces of Burkina Faso, and U.S. Army Brig. Gen. National Guard technician program turns 50
