Texas Airmen share night-vision procedures with Chileans

Marin visited the wing as part of the State Partnership Program, which forges mutually beneficial partnerships with some of the 136th Airlift Wing’s staunchest allies and partners worldwide.
New York National Guard, South African MPs conduct exchange
