Spc. Christopher Anderson, carpentry/masonry specialist, sands and smooths plaster on the ceiling. He is with other Soldiers of the 851st Vertical Engineer Company and members of the Croatian Army, Armored Mechanic Brigade, working together for repairs and to rebuild a roof on a damaged community center in the local town of Račinovci, Croatia.  The project is a Humanitarian Civic Assistance project made possible by the U.S. European Command in partnership with the U.S. Embassy in Zagreb, Croatia.

Lawrence the medal for multinational cooperation at the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia June 23, 2015.  Lawrence has spent two decades helping build the partnership between Slovenia and Colorado as part of the National Guard State Partnership Program.
