Vietnam opens new school and shelter built with Oregon National Guard

Brig. Gen. Michael E. The new school was built in cooperation between the U.S. and Vietnam and has a secondary-use as a shelter during natural disasters.

Scott Rice, the adjutant general, Massachusetts National Guard, and Mr. Kiritu Miano Wamae, acting principal secretary, Kenya Ministry of Defence, sign the state partnership agreement between the Republic of Kenya and the Massachusetts National Guard during a ceremony held at the Ministry of Defence, in Nairobi on Oct. 1, 2015.
