Tennessee Guardsmen teach transportation course to Moroccan army

Minnesota, Ohio Guard prepare to deploy with partners

Croatian and Minnesota National Guard Soldiers prepare to clear a room during an Operational Mentoring and Liaison Team training exercise at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center. The U.S. and multinational troops will deploy together to Afghanistan as part of the NATO International Security Assistance Force. The OMLT will help with the ISAF mission of assisting the Government of Afghanistan in establishing and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Alaska Guardsmen arrive in Vietnam for Pacific Angel

Thirty-nine military personnel from bases around the Pacific and continental U.S. are participating in Operation Pacific Angel 10-2 in the Can Tho area May 10-17. Pacific Angel is a humanitarian and civic assistance program conducted in the Pacific area of responsibility to support U.S. Pacific Command's capacity-building efforts. This is the second time the operation has been held in Vietnam.

During the mission, a weapons cache was found and destroyed, and multiple arms dealers and insurgent militants were captured.
