Soldiers from the 101st Signal Battalion train to use state-of-the-art Satellite Transportable Terminals at Fort Drum, N.Y., March 16, 2011. The 101st is participating in the Warfighter Information Network- Tactical, or WIN-T, program, which will prepare them to set up, operate and maintain the new communications equipment for their scheduled deployment to Afghanistan in 2012.

Army Pvt. Albert D.J. Cashier enlisted in the Illinois militia August 3, 1862 at age 19. After being hit by a car in 1911 a doctor discovered he was a woman by the name of Jennie Hodgers. As a Soldier, Cashier frequently went above the call of duty serving in the 95th Illinois Regiment, a unit that saw much combat, including the battle at Vicksburg.

Clarke and Irvis are making sure that unauthorized people are not using the route and the road is being kept clear for flood fighting resource delivery.

33 Combat Brigade Group (33 CBG) deployed to Gogama, Ontario to conduct Exercise Wolfpack Endeavour 2011 (Ex WPE 11) from 12-20 March 2011. Ex WPE 11 will offer soldiers and leaders the complete winter warfare qualification, which is the foundation for future Army Reserve winter activities.
