Monique Muncy honored with second-highest private citizen award

Christopher E. Muncy, Command Chief Master Sergeant of the Air National Guard, National Guard Bureau, Washington, D.C., during Chief Muncy's retirement luncheon at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. Muncy retired after thirty-five years of service to his country and held the position of Command Chief Master Sergeant of the Air National Guard since May 2009.
