In Vietnam, Hokanson Sees Growing Partnership

Daniel Hokanson, chief, National Guard Bureau, visits Hanoi, Vietnam, May 18, 2023, to help reinforce the mutually beneficial, successful security relationship with the Oregon National Guard established in 2012 under the Department of Defense National Guard State Partnership Program. The program strengthens the partners’ capabilities to respond to natural disasters.
