California, Wyoming, Nevada Guard Train on Aerial Firefighting

A C-130 aircraft from Nevada Air National Guard's 152nd Airlift Wing conducted a performance test of the Modular Airborne Fire Fighting Systems equipment during 2023 MAFFS Spring Training at the Channel Islands Air National Guard Station in Port Hueneme, California. The California Air National Guard's 146th Airlift Win is hosting the training April 11-15, 2023.

Twenty Minnesota National Guard, four Croatian, and three Canadian Soldiers competed in Minnesota’s Best Warrior Competition March 29– April 1, 2023, at Camp Ripley near Little Falls, Minnesota. The annual competition tests the military skills, physical strength and endurance of the top Soldiers and noncommissioned officers.
