Oregon-Vietnam partnership enhances skills; helps Soldiers find friends across the world

New York National Guard leads U.S. delegation to South African air show

The New York Army and Air National Guard sent 15 Airmen and Soldiers, a C-17 Globemaster III transport and an RQ-7 Shadow unmanned aerial vehicle to participate in the show. They were part of a U.S. contingent of 100 service members.

Airmen and Soldiers from Guam and Hawaii help rebuild Philippines school

Engineers from the Guam National Guard and the Armed Forces of the Philippines work together to rebuild damaged classrooms and buildings at Marasbaras National High School in Tacloban City, Philippines, following the devastation of Typhoon Haiyan last November.  The project was part of the State Partnership Program.

A delegation of Kazakhs met with Arizona Army and Air Guard members to discuss the varied roles of enlisted members in military aviation. Kazakhstan and the Arizona National Guard have participated together in the National Guard Bureau’s State Partnership Program since 1993.
