The presentation was part of a crime scene investigation subject matter expert exchange between Missouri National Guard Soldiers and members of Panama's law enforcement and protection agencies. The Missouri National Guard has partnered with the country of Panama since 1996 under the Department of Defense National Guard Bureau State Partnership Program.
