New Mexico National Guard Spc. Justin Langlitz and Spc. Xavier Romero participate in area beautification at the site of a future school for the community of Cuajiniquil July 20, 2016. Langlitz and Romero are members of 1st  Platoon, 919th  Military Police Company, New Mexico National Guard which were guests at the Escuela Nacional de Policía in nearby Murciélago for their Annual Training. The project was part of their community improvement day.

Spc. Jesse Mendiola takes a break during a reconstruction and remodel at the primary school June 10, 2016, in Karlovac, Croatia. Soldiers of the Minnesota Army National Guard 851st Vertical Engineer Company, Airmen from the Minnesota Air National Guard 148th and 133rd Civil Engineer Squadron along with the Croatian Army Engineering Horizontal Construction Company work together for repairs and to rebuild parts of a primary school in Karlovac.
