Pennsylvania Guard activates in response to July floods
August 3, 2018
Members of the Pennsylvania Helicopter Aquatic Rescue Team were put on standby at the Aviation Flight Facility in Johnstown, Pa.in response to flooding that took place through much of Central Pennsylvania. The team is part of Task Force Aviation, with Soldiers from the 28th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade , Eastern Army National Guard Aviation Training Site and civilian rescue technicians on the team. Sgt. James Murray (flt medic), Joel Koricich (Rescue TECH), Sgt. Nelan (Crew Chief), John Hopkins (RT), Scott Grahn (Senior Strike team leader PA HART).

N.C. National Guard conducts cyber exercise with Moldova

Army National Guard finds its Best Warriors at competition

Mounted WWI artillery re-enactors thrill Wyoming audiences

The Fort Sill (Oklahoma) Field Artillery Half Section, visited Cheyenne July 20-22, 2018, to help kick off Cheyenne Frontier Days and to demonstrate how artillerymen operated 100 years ago. The Wyoming Military Department hosted the team which performed at the opening day wild west show, a parade, a rodeo, and at F.E. Warren Air Force Base’s Fort D.A. Russell Days.
