Third time the charm for Mass. Army Guard Soldier in annual Lincoln marathon

First Lieutenant Kenneth Rayner, a platoon leader with the Massachusetts Army National Guard, runs in the 38th annual Lincoln National Guard Marathon in Lincoln, Neb., May 3, 2015. Rayner led the way for all National Guard runners and finished second place overall with his time of 2 hours, 37 minutes and 9 seconds.
