The 185th Cyber Operations Squadron, the latest addition to the 192nd Fighter Wing Operations Group, is up and running. Director of Operations Maj. Nathan Brown is working hard to staff this new squadron because with a home-station mobilization on the horizon for the fall of 2018, there is no time to waste, he said.

Newly commissioned 2nd Lt. Alix Schoelcher Idrache, became the Maryland Army National Guard's first United States Military Academy, also known as West Point, graduate on May 21, 2016. Idrache, originally from Haiti, graduated at the top of his class in physics and will attend Army Aviation school at Fort Rucker, Alabama.

South Carolina National Guard Soldiers from across the state overcome a variety of obstacles as they progress through the confidence course, May 15, 2016, at Ft. Jackson, S.C as part of the brand-new Lifestyle Enhancement Achievement Program. The two-week class is designed to teach healthy lifestyle choices and improve physical fitness to help retainment of SCNG Soldiers.
