US, Bosnia and Herzegovina Join Crisis Comms Workshop

The workshop was sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense Emergency Management and Resilience program and included first responders from Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Maryland National Guard and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
