New York Guard Honors Former President Chester Arthur

New York Army National Guard Maj. Gen. Michel Natali, the assistant adjutant general, Army, and Command Sgt. Maj. Robert Jenks, the senior enlisted leader of New York's Joint Force Headquarters, place the presidential wreath at the grave of former President Chester A. Arthur on his birthday near Albany, New York, Oct. 5, 2022. On each former president's birthday, a wreath is laid at their grave on behalf of the current president.
