Mission: The Manpower Management Division manages the National Guard Joint Manpower Programs and provides joint manpower policy oversight for the Chief, National Guard Bureau for all joint National Guard positions throughout the Combatant Commands, Service Staffs, The Joint Staff, National Guard Bureau and Joint Forces Headquarters-State. Serves as the primary point of contact with the Office of the Secretary of Defense for joint manpower policy.
