Georgia brigade begins redeployment from Afghanistan

Georgia Guardsmen from Springfield's Battery A, 1st Battalion, 118th Field Artillery embrace each other after arriving safely back in Georgia at Savannah's Hunter Army Airfield. The more than 100 artillerymen spent a year in Afghanistan helping the Afghan army and National Police become more efficient at taking over the security of their country.

Airmen rediscover RED HORSE legacy in Haiti

A concrete block etched with "820th RED HORSE Squadron" stands near the camp of the 24th Air Expeditionary Group at Toussaint L'Ouverture International Airport in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. The 820th RED HORSE Squadron Airmen spent time in Haiti in 1994, 1995 and 1996, helping the country build basic infrastructure.
