North Dakota children honor deployed parents with yellow ribbons

Kocis was responsible for organizing the event. Sydney Murphy, whose father Capt. Dan Murphy is one of the Soldiers honored, is simulating a tree.

Yellow Ribbon Program continues to expand beyond Minnesota
