Ohio Airman helps combat opioid epidemic

New York National Guard honors former President Arthur

Georgia Army National Guard topples Fort Benning structures

U.S. Army Garrison Fort Benning and the Georgia Army National Guard worked for two weeks to demolish dilapidated buildings and provide the National Guard Soldiers mission-essential training.

Red Arrow Soldier laid to rest 75 years after death in WWII

Army Tech 5th Grade John E. Bainbridge of Sheboygan, Wis., was laid to rest Sept. 29, 2019, in Monona more than 75 years after his death during the Battle of Buna in World War II. Bainbridge joined the Wisconsin National Guard’s 32nd Infantry Division in 1940 and was killed in New Guinea Dec. 2, 1942; he rested unknown in Manila American Cemetery until his remains were identified via DNA analysis by the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency.
