180FW maintainers simulate operations during chemical attack

An Airman with the 180th Fighter Wing maintenance group uses hand signals to direct an F-16 Fighting Falcon during a training exercise on May 19, 2018. Airmen wore Mission-Oriented Personal Protective gear while maintaining, launching and recovering aircraft to simulate operating in an environment in which a chemical attack occurred.

Utah Homeland Response Force trains in Missouri seismic zone

Members of the Utah National Guard Homeland Response Force (HRF) participated in regional disaster training in Missouri, May 14-18, 2018, as part of the New Madrid Seismic Zone (NMSZ) exercise hosted by the Missouri National Guard. The UTNG 116th Engineer Company trained with members of Missouri Task Force One during search and extraction missions, shoring of unstable structures and breaching of structures to reach hypothetical patients.
