28th ECAB trains for water survival

PRNG ships provide ferry service to Vieques, Culebra

Wanda Vazquez Garced activated the PRNG to provide cargo ferry service to Vieques and Culebra after two Maritime Transport Authority vessels suffered mechanical problems. The journey to the Islands takes nearly three hours roundtrip, depending on conditions.
