Soldiers with the 116th Army Band, Georgia Army National Guard, along with Airmen from both the 116th Airlift Wing and 165th Air Control Wing, operate a call center that helps facilitate testing through the Augusta University ExpressCare cellphone app. The Soldiers in the call center pull information from a database pool and help people experiencing possible COVID-19 symptoms find testing sites near them.
