last flight with the New York Army National Guard on March 26, 2010. Dargue, who has more than 21,000 hours flight time in military and civilian
helicopters, will be honored by his unit. Dargue is an expert at flying in
New York City's congested airspace.

The pair of North Dakota National Guard members are part of a quick reaction force (QRF) team staging out of the Harwood Community Center, who take a turn monitoring the flood water as residents sleep. The residents of Harwood are able to monitor the levees themselves during the daylight hours. The night-time levee walking is one the remaining tasks for the QRF teams as much of the flood water in the area begins to recede.

Guard's QRF called out for vehicle recovery

Company, attach a towing chain to a partially submerged vehicle March 25 on a washed out portion of a gravel road a few miles west of Harwood, N.D. Steele and Kasperson are members of a North Dakota National Guard quick response force team that is being called to the scene by the Cass County Sheriff's Department to assist with the vehicle recovery. The driver of the vehicle was able to get clear of the car and make his way through the freezing water to safety before help arrived.
