Connecticut Guard helps inspect long-term care facilities

NY National Guard explores Whiteface Mountain for training

Shields, a member of the Tennessee National Guard's 1175th Transportation Company, acted heroically in October 2018 when he disarmed and restrained a shooter after shots were fired in a parking lot following a high school football game.
