U.S. Army Maj. Francis Porcase executive officer of 3rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division conducts interview on the purpose of the tactical convoy in support of Immediate Response 24, May
6. The tactical convoy began in Narvik, Norway and went through Sweden and finished in Finland. Immediate Response is a U.S. Army Europe led exercise alongside NATO allies to enhance interoperability and force project combat power into the High North. (U.S. Army video by Maj. Rachael Jeffcoat)
