Anderson IV, incoming commander of Marine Forces Reserve and Marine Forces South, is promoted to his current rank in a ceremony held at Marine Corps Support Facility, New Orleans, March 21, 2024. Shortly after, Lt. Gen. David Bellon, outgoing commander, relinquished his duties to Lt. Gen. Anderson after 35 years of faithful service to the Marine Corps.
