U.S. Army Soldiers from Active, Guard, and Reserve Components (as well as Canadian and British soldiers) took part in this year's U.S. Army Company & Field Grade Officer Leadership Development course at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, June 4-10, 2023. The annual event is a mentorship and educational opportunity for Army medical officers and noncommissioned officers; which incorporates classroom engagement and discussion, small group briefings and practical exercises.
