Naval Air Station Lakehurst's IDATS Laboratory briefs on innovative capabilities and research at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J. on March. 4, 2022. Located at Patuxent River, Md.; Lakehurst, N.J.; and Orlando, Fla.; these facilities support research, development, test, evaluation, engineering and fleet support of Navy and Marine Corps air vehicle systems and trainers. The NAWCAD is the steward of the ranges, test facilities, laboratories, and aircraft necessary to support the Fleet's acquisition requirements. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division provides a variety of services to the Department of Defense, other Federal agencies as well as non-Federal customers.
