OPM-SANG Change of Charter

U.S. Army Security Assistance Command

Brig. Gen Garrick Harmon, commanding general of U.S. Army Security Assistance Command, hosts a Change of Charter ceremony for the Office of the Program Manager-Saudi Arabian National Guard (OPM-SANG) Modernization Program, at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. Outgoing Program Manager Col. John White will relinquish his duties to Col. Kenneth Burgess, who formerly served as the commander of the 173rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), Vicenza, Italy. White’s next assignment is as the executive officer for the deputy commanding general of U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, located at Fort Eustis, Virginia.
