Lt. Gen. Jon Jensen, the director of the Army National Guard hosted a seminar at the AUSA Conference Oct. 12, 2021, in Washington, D.C. Opening remarks were given by Gen. James C. McConville, the chief of staff of the Army, and the guest speaker panel included Army Maj. Gen. Paul Rogers, the adjutant general, of the Michigan National Guard; Brig. Gen. Laura Yeager, commander, 40th Infantry Division, California Army National Guard; Army Brig. Gen. R. Dale Lyles, the adjutant general, of the Indiana National Guard, and Army Col. Danial Lister, chief information officer, Idaho National Guard. The panel members discussed ReARMM, balancing state and federal missions, the future workforce, and digital culture.
