172nd Cav challenges Jay Peak, cold weather to hone mountain warfare skills

Soldiers with the Vermont Army National Guard's Troop A, 1st Squadron, 172nd Cavalry Regiment, make their way along Jay Peak, Vermont during an overnight reconnaissance training mission. The Soldiers tested their cold-weather survival skills while also training on a variety of reconnaissance and movement tasks and techniques.
