Louisiana National Guard responds to flooding
May 26, 2021
Louisiana National Guardsmen worked with local and state officials to combat rising floodwaters throughout the state following multiple days of steady rain since May 18, 2021. Using as many as 79 high-water vehicles and 19 boats, Guardsmen rescued 25 people and two pets in Lake Charles.

Pennsylvania Guard aquatic rescue team saves two motorists

Nebraska Army Guard aviation crew honored for flood rescues
