Team Ramstein, Air National Guard, USA rotate through Poland

Polish soldiers assigned to the 16th Airborne Battalion, 6th Airborne Brigade, from Kraków, Poland, board a U.S. Air Force C-130J Super Hercules at the John Paul II International Airport Kraków-Balice, during Aviation Detachment Rotation 23-4, Sept. 14, 2023. ADR is a bilateral training exercise with the Polish military to enhance allied interoperability, maintain joint readiness, and assure regional allies of NATO capabilities.

4 Air National Guard Locations Chosen for C-130J Upgrades

A new C-130J Super Hercules aircraft arrives at the Kentucky Air National Guard Base in Louisville, Ky., Nov. 6, 2021, ushering in a new era of aviation for the 123rd Airlift Wing. The state-of-the-art transports are among eight the wing will receive over the next 11 months to replace eight aging C-130H aircraft, which were built in 1992 and have seen duty all over the world.
