Hooks for a five-day exercise, Operation Tobacco Road, held at NCNG Joint Force Headquarters and North Carolina Emergency Management in Raleigh, North Carolina, July 21-25, 2025.

West Virginia, North Carolina Guard join cyber exercise

Members of the West Virginia Air National Guard collaborate  during a simulated cyberattack as part of Locked Shields 2022. They joined federal and state agencies and the National Guard on the U.S. team in the world’s largest international cyber defense exercise run virtually by the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence in Tallinn, Estonia, April 19-21, 2022.
