Pennsylvania Army Guard's 2nd IBCT, 28th ID holds March for the Fallen in Kosovo

Sgt. 1st Class Joshua Partner, with Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 28th Infantry Division, carries the unit’s guidon while rucking 28 miles during the March for the Fallen ruck march held on Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. The event is meant to honor those who have died in service to the country and mirrors an event held at Fort Indiantown Gap, Pa., home station for many units of the brigade.
