Sgt. 1st Class Joshua Partner, with Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 28th Infantry Division, carries the unit’s guidon while rucking 28 miles during the March for the Fallen ruck march held on Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo.
