Service, Community and Beer. This describes MSgt Dustin Dodge’s service to the Minnesota Air National Guard as well as to his community in River Falls, Wisconsin. In 2017, Dodge opened Swinging Bridge Brewing Company.

“I looked around and found a business that I thought would be a value to the community, be a lot of fun to run, and obviously, be a good business to be in,” said Dodge. “And that is the beer business.”

Our Soldiers, Airmen and civilian employees are our most important resources. Through this series we hope to highlight the successes achieved and challenges our members have overcome within our organization. The individuals within the Minnesota National Guard make up the teams who accomplish our missions, and that is why we place our people first.
