Army Lt. Gen. William Ingram Jr., the director of the Army National Guard, presents a National Guard coin of excellence to Army Sgt. Ferrell Reynolds of the North Carolina National Guard's 1452nd Transportation Company. The trip gave Ingram the opportunity to visit and talk with guardsmen and to see for himself the health and welfare of Army National Guard soldiers in Kuwait.
